Allisandra Lamhing is the Learning & Design Specialist at the Private Risk Management Association (PRMA), where she supports the design, development, and delivery of learning experiences that strengthen professional growth across the private risk management community.
Before joining PRMA, Allisandra spent seven years in K–12 education, where she specialized in curriculum design, instructional strategy, and learner-centered program development. Her background centers on translating complex information into clear, engaging, and accessible learning experiences, an approach she brings to professional education and member-facing initiatives.
At PRMA, Allisandra works closely with PRMA staff and subject-matter experts to develop structured, scalable learning resources and educational programming aligned with industry needs and real-world application.
Allisandra holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin–Stout and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Montclair State University.
